From Porto Alegro, Lucchese was born on March 4th, 1979. He went to college at George Washington University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering. Today, Patrick works as the CEO and founder of Urban Advisors, one of the leading Initial Public Offering (IPO) consulting firms in all of Brazil.
Patrick Lucchese’s career took off in 2005 when he moved back to Brazil after college. He was contacted by Rossi to work in their new business department. While he excelled in this role, he found his true calling in the commercial department of the organization. That said, shortly after joining the company, he took over the commercial department at Rossi.
Rossi Construcoes was known as a top construction business in Brazil. Patrick would excel in his new role, gaining valuable experience and becoming one of the leading experts for the company. After working his way up at Rossi, he earned the title of Chief Commercial Officer for Southern Brazil. This allowed his career to soar to new heights, giving him the ability to make lasting change for millions of people in the country.
Just a few years later, Patrick Lucchese continued to climb the ranks at Rossi, and he was given the title of CCO at the national level. But the success didn’t stop there—that same year, Patrick was awarded the Master Imobiliario Prize for selling over one thousand apartments in just two days! He accomplished this at an event in Manaus (AM).
While Lucchese loved working at Rossi, his time at the successful company was coming to an end. In 2011, Patrick resigned from Rossi and took the position of CCO at Grupo Invest. A few years later, in 2013, Patrick took the role of CEO and Partner of Bozano Realty, a real estate organization. However, Lucchese wanted to climb even higher and make lasting change in his community. That said, just one year later, in 2014, Patrick became the Southern Regional CEO for Credit Suisse. After two years working at the bank, he realized there was a need for new business in Brazil. This was when Lucchese founded Urban Advisors, where he currently works today. The successful consulting company has offices in Porto Alegre and São Paulo.
As Patrick Lucchese focuses on finding success in his own life, he cares more about helping others. He works hard to understand more about his clients, including their strengths, weaknesses, and where he sees opportunities in their market. With these findings, Patrick works with his clients to develop personalized, strategic business plans. Without this level of focus and personal care, Lucchese wouldn’t have his impressive resume.
